Most of my clients are thoughtful adolescents and adults seeking greater happiness, confidence, and fulfillment in their lives. Many struggle with low to moderate anxiety or depression, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and/or perfectionism. They often feel stuck, unsure of how to create real change, but deeply desire to feel empowered and at peace. Together, we work on rediscovering their voice, building self-confidence, managing symptoms, and taking steps toward a life that feels truly aligned with their values and aspirations.

MY PHILOSOPHY
Honesty with Compassion:
Sometimes, growth means facing truths that are a little uncomfortable. I’ll always approach these moments with kindness and compassion, delivering honesty in a way that feels supportive and caring.
Aligned Action: Self-awareness helps us to understand why we are the way that we are, but it doesn’t directly move the needle. At the end of each session, we’ll work together to come up with actionable steps you can take that week to help you get closer and closer to the person you want to be.
Integration: I believe that real change happens when we learn to understand and hold compassion for all parts of ourselves, even the parts we’re trying to change
The Power of Self-Expression: Suppressed self-expression causes inner conflict. I help clients find their voice, leading to emotional freedom and confidence in all areas of life.
Holistic Healing: Healing involves mind, body, and spirit. My approach looks at emotional health, lifestyle, relationships, and values to support overall well-being.
